Last weekend, while I was out running some errands, I decided to stop by Barnes & Noble and use up a $20 gift certificate that my wife had given me. I had intended to pick up The Ruins, but I couldn’t find that anywhere…and of course I couldn’t leave a bookstore with just one book! So, here is what I ended up buying and plan on reading this summer:
- A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking
- The Elegant Universe by Brian Greene
- The Terror by Dan Simmons
- Bringing Up Boys by Dr. James Dobson
As you can see by the first 2 books listed there, I’ve been really interested in Astronomy and physics lately, specifically String Theory, for some reason. I’m really looking forward to reading those.
