Last night I went back to Tae kwon do and started training again. It was really great to be back. It’s something I’ve wanted to get back into for a long time (I think about it every day).

Last week there was a reunion (or sorts) for all of the Black Belts. There were about 100 of us there and we had a big group photo and just hung out for a bit. That really gave me the final nudge I needed to get back in there again. So I’m going to start off slow and just go once a week for now and see how it goes. It’s a lot more difficult to devote as much time as I used to, but going at least once will be good for now.

A while ago we started a blog for our son, Walker. We post pictures and updates on how he’s growing and learning, etc… We wanted to keep that all about him, so I decided to make my own blog where I can write about what I’ve been up to, What I’ve been reading, listening to, watching, thinking about, etc…
